Position: Parts Clerk / Advisor Gabriel Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM – Montreal

We are seeking a motivated and customer satisfaction-oriented professional to join the dynamic team dedicated to parts, accessories, and customized solutions for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.

About the position As a key contact point, you will ensure the service and sale of original parts (OEM), accessories, and options for our customers. You will collaborate with the workshop and after-sales service to guarantee availability, quick installation, and an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the workshop and after-sales service to ensure parts availability and their prompt installation if necessary.
• Prepare and process requests through the internal system, prepare quotes, and follow up on orders until delivery.
• Manage inventory of parts in the showroom and warehouse: receiving, labeling, organizing, and conducting periodic inventories.
• Conduct transactions at the counter accurately and according to internal procedures.
• Actively participate in promotions and sales objectives by proposing cross-selling and providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and contribute to continuous improvement of the parts department processes.
• Welcome customers, identify their needs, and suggest the most suitable parts and accessories.
• Advise on OEM parts and alternatives, explaining their features, benefits, and technical implications.

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of experience in auto parts sales or a similar role; ideally in the automotive sector.
• Knowledge of auto parts and accessories; ability to read catalogs and use parts management systems.
• Excellent customer service skills, active listening, and ability to propose suitable solutions.
• Rigor, meticulousness, good time management; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team spirit and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in French; English is a plus.
