Parts Clerk and Sales Advisor – Fortier Ford (East Montreal)

Fortier Ford, a new dealership of the GENX group located in East Montreal, is looking for a passionate Parts Clerk and Sales Advisor with a love for automotive and customer service. You will contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring the efficient management of parts and accessories.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their needs for parts and accessories
• Advise, suggest, and sell appropriate parts, prepare quotes, and take orders
• Collaborate with the workshop and after-sales service to ensure deliveries and installations of parts
• Manage the parts inventory, organize the shelves, and ensure traceability of orders
• Place orders with suppliers and follow up on delivery times
• Maximize sales opportunities and contribute to achieving the department's goals
• Participate in ongoing training and improve internal processes

Profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive parts sales or a similar customer service role
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of service
• General knowledge of automotive parts and tools
• Ability to work in a team and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Rigor, organization, and attention to detail
• Availability for flexible hours according to operational needs
