Job Offer: Automotive Parts Clerk / Sales Advisor

Rimar Volkswagen is looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Parts Clerk or Sales Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and identify their needs for automotive parts and accessories.
• Propose suitable solutions, present the features of parts, and close sales by providing a high-quality customer experience.
• Manage orders, billing, and delivery follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the workshop and after-sales service to ensure the availability and installation of parts when necessary.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, organize the counter, and optimize the presentation of parts in store.
• Develop additional sales and contribute to the dealership’s objectives through proactive initiatives.
• Operational tasks: customer service, sale of parts and accessories, sale of tires and wheels.

Profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive parts sales or a related role.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Good knowledge of automotive parts and systems and ability to explain them clearly.
• Proficiency with computer tools and parts management systems (inventory, POS, CRM).
• Analytical mindset, rigor, attention to detail, with a results-oriented approach.
• Fluent French; English is an asset.
• Relevant training in automotive parts or sales recommended; eager to learn and adaptable.
