Parts Clerk – Infiniti Laval (Infiniti / INEOS Grenadier)

We are looking for a dynamic and organized parts clerk to support the operations of the Infiniti and INEOS Grenadier brands. The ideal candidate has strong phone communication skills, can create lasting connections with customers, and pays close attention to detail.

Terms and Conditions

• Type: Full-time, permanent
• Location: On-site, at Infiniti Laval facilities
• Compensation: $30 to $42 per hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Sell auto parts at the counter, through the workshop, or by phone
• Advise Infiniti and INEOS Grenadier customers in French and English
• Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external clients
• Inform customers about parts, accessories, and current promotions
• Present the full range of available products
• Manage incoming calls and follow up with regular clients

Profile Sought

• Minimum of one year of experience in the automotive field (mandatory)
• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written), intermediate to advanced level
• Excellent telephone communication and customer service skills
• Autonomous, resourceful, and proactive
• Knowledge of the CDK system is an asset
• Team spirit and service orientation
