Parts Clerk / Sales Advisor – Cadillac of Laval (Laval, QC) — Full-time

About Cadillac of Laval

We are looking for a customer service-oriented automotive parts professional to join our team, to provide a premium customer experience in an environment dedicated to excellence and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their needs for parts and accessories, proposing suitable solutions.
• Advise on parts and technical solutions, taking into account Cadillac vehicles and other makes.
• Manage orders and sales transactions: prepare parts, billing, follow up on orders and exchanges/returns.
• Promote cross-selling, parts programs, and current promotions.
• Manage inventory of parts: receiving, labeling, inventory, organizing, and detecting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the after-sales service team and technicians to ensure the correctness of ordered parts.
• Maintain accuracy of customer files and parts information in computer systems and management software.
• Provide fast, courteous, and professional service, even during busy periods.
• Participate in ongoing training on products, procedures, and store safety standards.

Desired Profile (Requirements and Qualifications)

• Experience as a parts clerk in the automotive field.
• Experience with GM (General Motors) products and systems: major asset.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Organizational skills, autonomy, and team spirit.
• Good knowledge of computer systems and parts catalogs.
• Bilingual (French/English) — mandatory.
• Experience with CDK — an asset.
