Job Description
New Vehicle Sales Advisor – Laval
Join a dynamic and high-performing sales team. In a high-volume context, you will actively contribute to commercial success by offering new vehicles and providing a quality customer experience. Our company processes a significant volume each year (more than 1,800 new vehicles and 1,000 used vehicles).
Responsibilities
- Welcome and qualify customer needs
- Follow up with prospects and maintain sales outreach
- Contact clients by phone and email
- Follow up with clients and web inquiries
- Close sales of new vehicles
- Coordinate files with the support of sales administration and delivery services
Profile
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role in auto sales
- Languages: Bilingual French and English
- License: Valid driver's license
- Customer service-oriented and excellent interpersonal skills
Skills and tools
- Proficiency with CRM Activix and PBS Systems
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
- Team spirit and ability to work in a dynamic environment
