Mechanic / Automotive Technician – Lallier Honda (Terrebonne, QC)

Main Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles according to Honda standards and procedures, as well as those of the dealership.
• Perform inspections and interventions on mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems; conduct road tests.
• Use specialized tools to diagnose breakdowns, interpret error codes, and propose effective solutions; document interventions.
• Clearly communicate results and recommendations to customers and service staff, and ensure follow-up on repairs until completion.
• Collaborate with other technicians and the reception team to guarantee quick and quality service.
• Follow safety rules, quality protocols, and deadlines.

Profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive mechanics (advantage: experience in a dealership or on Honda vehicles).
• DEP or equivalent diploma in automotive mechanics; relevant certifications appreciated.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems; ability to read technical diagrams.
• Team spirit, customer service attitude, rigor, and attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in French; English is an asset.
