Your Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults on Ford vehicles and other brands, ensuring safety and quality
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and reviews according to manufacturer procedures
• Read and interpret diagrams, manuals, and diagnostic reports; use appropriate diagnostic tools and software
• Replace, repair, or adjust worn parts (engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, ignition and electrical systems, etc.)
• Collaborate with the service team to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate intervention records and document repairs performed
• Follow safety standards, internal procedures, and quality requirements

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive mechanics
• Relevant diploma or training in automotive mechanics; certifications are considered an asset
• Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems; aptitude for computerized/OBD diagnostics
• Ability to read technical plans and diagrams; proficiency with workshop tools and equipment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team spirit, customer service orientation, and excellent communication skills
• Valid driver's license
