Mission
Perform diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of Mercedes-Benz vehicles and their associated systems, in compliance with warranty procedures, safety standards, and deadlines.

Areas of Intervention

• Engine and fuel systems (gasoline, injection)
• Anti-pollution and emission control systems
• Hybrid or electric vehicles
• Air conditioning and heating
• Electrical and electronic systems
• ECM/PCM/ECU programming
• Suspension, steering, and braking systems
• Reading technical diagrams and using specialized diagnostic tools

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and interpret error codes with computerized tools
• Perform preventive maintenance and mechanical and electrical repairs
• Replace defective parts, make final adjustments, and conduct functional tests
• Keep the workshop clean and organized; document interventions in the management system
• Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow safety procedures, warranty requirements, and deadlines

Profile Sought

• Diploma in automotive mechanics or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive mechanics
• Good knowledge of modern systems (electronics, injection, braking, transmission)
• Ability to read technical diagrams and use diagnostic tools
• Team spirit, customer service orientation, and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license
• Fluent in French; English is an asset
