St Bruno Nissan, a Nissan dealership located in Saint-Basile-le-Grand, Quebec, is seeking 2 automotive mechanic/technician to strengthen its professional and friendly team.

Main responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and general mechanical repairs (brakes, suspension, steering, transmission, etc.)
• Work on gasoline engines and injection systems, as well as anti-pollution systems
• Diagnose and repair hybrid and electric vehicles
• Carry out work in compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards
• Program ECM/PCM/ECU and perform verification demonstrations
• Diagnose and repair air conditioning and heating systems
• Conduct road tests and quality controls
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop
• Collaborate closely with service advisors to communicate repair information
• Perform any other related tasks associated with the position

Candidate profile

• At least 1 year of experience as an automotive mechanic/technician
• Valid driver’s license
• Autonomy, rigor, and good team spirit
• Strong work ethic and customer service orientation

Skills and assets

• Good knowledge of electronics and advanced diagnostics
• Experience with electric and hybrid vehicles (asset)
