Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles (American, Japanese, German) ensuring safety and performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance, mechanical repairs, and necessary inspections.
• Replace defective parts, make adjustments, and conduct functional tests.
• Advise clients on upcoming maintenance and suggest tailored technical solutions, prioritizing transparency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and ensure the quality of interventions.
• Use modern tools and actively participate in ongoing training.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in auto mechanics.
• Positive attitude, professional, motivated by challenges, with an interest in future partnership potential.
• Reside on the South Shore of Montreal (or able to establish oneself there).
• Team spirit, organizational skills, and personal stability.
• Desire to contribute to a culture centered on people and customer service.

• Valid driver’s license (experience with manual transmission appreciated)

• Certifications: Halocarbures
