Mechanic / Journeyman Technician (Level 1, 2, or 3) – Longueuil Nissan

We are looking for a Mechanic / Journeyman Technician capable of performing diagnostics and working on electric vehicles.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electronic, and electrical systems of vehicles, including electric vehicles.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs according to Nissan procedures and dealership standards.
• Diagnose faults using dedicated tools and software, and document interventions accurately.
• Collaborate with technicians and the service team to ensure quick customer vehicle turnaround times and an optimal customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and quality standards in the workshop.
• Participate in continuous process improvement and technical training.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in auto mechanics or recognized equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in auto mechanics; experience with Nissan or Infiniti products is appreciated.
• Proven skills in diagnostics and ability to work on electric vehicles and their systems.
• Valid driver's license; availability for flexible hours if needed.
• Good customer service skills and team spirit.
• Fluent in French; English is an asset.
