Automotive Mechanic/Technician – Kia Chambly

Kia Chambly is looking for a passionate and skilled Mechanic/Technician to join our team. With at least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry, you will contribute to customer satisfaction by working on vehicles according to Kia's quality standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Accurately diagnose mechanical and electronic failures and perform repairs and maintenance in accordance with Kia standards.
• Conduct engine diagnostics, anti-pollution systems, hybrid/electric vehicles, air conditioning and heating, as well as fuel injection systems.
• Program ECM/PCM/ECU modules and work on electrical and electronic systems.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth communication with customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace that complies with safety protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with technologies and repair methods.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an automotive mechanic/technician.
• Recognized automotive mechanic certification (an asset).
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Customer service-oriented mindset and willingness to exceed expectations.
• Passion for the automotive industry and curiosity about new technologies.
