About the position
You will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills through diverse hands-on training, while actively participating in diagnostics and necessary repairs on a range of vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems under the supervision of experienced technicians.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure safety and performance.
• Participate in component replacements, brake work, adjustments, and other service tasks.
• Use diagnostic tools and technical documents; clearly document findings and actions.
• Keep work orders organized and ensure quality of work while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
• Follow safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Engage in continuous training and gain exposure to various functions to develop your skills.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in automotive/mechanical service; strong background in automotive systems.
• Ability to read manuals and diagrams; good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using standard diagnostic tools and hand tools.
• Proficient in French; English is an asset.
• Team spirit, good communication skills, and commitment to learning and safety.
• Valid driver’s license; legally eligible to work in Canada.
