Mechanic / Technician (Apprentice) – Used Vehicle Reconditioning
Location: Joliette, Quebec | Position type: Apprentice

Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical and electrical reconditioning of used vehicles according to quality standards and internal procedures.
- Diagnose anomalies and determine the necessary work in coordination with the technical team and the used vehicle department.
- Carry out repairs, adjustments, and functional tests needed to bring vehicles to optimal sale condition.
- Document interventions and maintain an accurate history of work performed.
- Work closely with the after-sales and used vehicle marketing teams.
- Adhere to safety rules, procedures, and current warranty standards.
- Operational tasks associated (e.g., oil and filter changes, electrical and electronic diagnostics, tire and wheel mounting, suspension and steering repairs, brake system maintenance).
Desired Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in reconditioning or in an equivalent role related to restoring used vehicles.
- Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems of vehicles.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and proven reliability; professional attitude and customer service orientation.
- Relevant technical training in the automotive field (an asset).
