Mission Work on engines and systems of heavy and electric vehicles, perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer standards and our internal protocols, while ensuring high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair engines and heavy systems
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to manufacturer standards and internal procedures
- Identify faults, suggest solutions, and prepare repair estimates
- Use modern diagnostic tools and equipment and industry-specific software
- Work as a team and provide quality customer service
- Follow safety rules, quality control procedures, and schedule deadlines
- Write clear intervention reports and document interventions
- Participate in parts management and inventory
- Engage in training and continuous improvement
Candidate Profile
- Experience: minimum of 5 years in automotive mechanics, including at least 3 years in heavy vehicle mechanics
- Strong skills in mechanics and electrical/electronic systems of modern vehicles
- Knowledge of diagnostics and programming (ECM/PCM/ECU) and anti-pollution systems, with the ability to work on hybrid or electric vehicles
- Team spirit, service orientation, and good communication skills
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Relevant training in heavy vehicle systems
- Availability for flexible schedules and operational adaptability
