Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicles in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
• Accurately document completed services and maintain transparent and up-to-date records.
• Provide exemplary customer service, clearly explaining issues and repairs.
• Stay informed about technical developments and actively pursue skill development.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a mechanic/technician in a dealership or service center.
• CPA certification (CPA Skill Card 1, 2, 3, or A, B, C) or an equivalent qualification in automotive technology.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and updating knowledge of automotive technologies.
