Internal Technical Advisor – Barnabé Mazda Brossard

Barnabé Mazda Brossard is seeking an Internal Technical Advisor to support the technical and sales teams and ensure compliance with Mazda standards. The position is based in Brossard, working closely with technicians and advisors to optimize technical processes and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and operational advice to the service team and sales team.
• Diagnose and clarify technical issues related to Mazda vehicles in collaboration with technicians.
• Participate in interpreting diagnostics and preparing intervention plans.
• Ensure compliance with Mazda procedures and quality standards during repairs and pre-delivery inspections.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes (vehicle preparation, parts management, warranties).
• Document interventions and ensure traceability of technical information.
• Train and support team members on technical updates and diagnostic tools.
• Track work progress, input data, and manage work orders; assist in cost estimation and task allocation; perform certain administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications

• No prior experience required; motivated beginners are welcome.
• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive technical training is a benefit.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• General knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic tools; interest in Mazda is a plus.
• Team spirit, technical curiosity, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in French; English is a bonus.
• Valid driver's license.
