Automotive Financial Services Manager (F&I)

Main Responsibilities

• Develop opportunities related to financing and insurance
• Manage vehicle registration and document delivery
• Prepare and have financing and insurance documents signed
• Manage payments and financial transactions
• Obtain and verify credit applications
• Collect deposits and issue receipts
• Conduct prospecting via phone and email
• Follow up with and retain clients
• Verify and collect financing and insurance fees
• Manage vehicle financing and leasing in accordance with financial institutions' standards

Profile Sought

• Minimum experience: 1 year as Automotive Financial Services Manager (F&I) or equivalent position

Skills and Tools

• Proficiency in Reynolds & Reynolds software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
• General computer skills
• Excellent communication skills (phone and written)
• Analytical mindset, customer-oriented, and focused on profitability
