About the job

We are seeking an experienced Body Shop Dent Repair Technician to restore the exterior of vehicles by removing dents and imperfections while ensuring high-quality finishes. You will work in a dynamic environment focused on quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assess damages and determine the best approach for dent removal and repair.
• Use specialized tools and techniques to remove dents without damaging the paint or finish.
• Repair or replace damaged panels and ensure seamless integration with the existing bodywork.
• Document repairs (parts used, procedures followed) and ensure traceability.
• Collaborate with other technicians to ensure quick completion of repairs.
• Keep the workshop clean and adhere to safety standards.
• Use work order management and billing systems to track repairs.

Profile sought

• Proven experience in body repair or dent repair, ideally Class 1.
• Mastery of paintless dent removal techniques and specialized tools.
• Great attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a dynamic environment.
• Good communication skills and professionalism when interacting with clients.
• Recommended minimum experience: 3 years in dent repair.
