Automobile Preparer – CSN Collision (Integrated Center within the Dealership)

Job Description The Automotive Preparer ensures the vehicles are returned with the highest level of visual quality before being put up for sale or delivery. You will contribute to providing a flawless aesthetic finish and guarantee an exemplary customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Complete aesthetic preparation: meticulous interior and exterior washing (carpets, leather treatments, paint decontamination).
• Finishing and correction: correction of minor imperfections (polishing, waxing, removal of micro-scratches).
• Visual inspection and safety check before delivery: verifying tires, fluid levels (washer fluid, etc.), presence of manuals and duplicate keys; reporting anomalies to the mechanical service.
• Installation of basic accessories: applying aesthetic protections, original mats, license plates, and dealership stickers.
• Lot management and logistics: secure movement of vehicles on-site and maintaining cleanliness of the work area.

Profile Sought

• Experience: 1 to 2 years in automotive aesthetics or vehicle preparation (a major advantage).
• Attention to detail: high standards for finish and cleanliness according to dealership delivery standards.
• Legal requirement: valid Class 5 driver's license (mandatory for vehicle movement).
• Reliability: punctuality, rigor, and ability to work at a steady pace in a team.
